1. How can I use Teriyaki and Miso sauce? Our sauces are versatile and can be used as a marinade, glaze, dipping sauce, or stir‑fry base. They’re perfect with meat, fish, tofu, and vegetables, and can also be used in salad dressings, baked dishes, or fried recipes. Endless possibilities for everyday cooking!

2. Are the sauces vegan? Yes. Both our Teriyaki and Miso sauces are 100% vegan. They are tested by food scientists to ensure there is no cross‑contamination with animal products.

3. Is this an Australian business? Yes. We proudly founded our business in 1995 in Mosman Park, Western Australia, and continue to operate locally in Perth.

4. What are the ingredients?

  • Miso Sauce: Soy sauce (water, soybeans, rice, salt), sugar, miso paste (20.3%) (water, soybeans, rice, salt, alcohol, glucose, rice), acidity regulator (acetic acid).

  • Teriyaki Sauce: Soy sauce (36.7%) (water, soybeans, rice, salt), sugar, mirin (rice, alcohol, sugar), sake (water, gluten‑free malt, rice), acidity regulator (acetic acid), thickener (xanthan gum).

5. Do the sauces contain MSG? No. Our products are MSG‑free.

6. How should the sauces be stored?

  • Before opening: Store in a cool, dry place in your kitchen.

  • After opening: Refrigerate to maintain freshness and flavour.

7. What is the shelf life? Unopened bottles last for up to 2 years.

8. Where are the ingredients sourced? We source our premium ingredients directly from Japan, ensuring authentic flavour and quality.
