Ingredients

  • 40ml Sayaka’s Kitchen Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

  • 20ml white vinegar

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 drops sesame oil

  • 1 continental cucumber, grated (squeeze excess liquid before use)


Method

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess liquid.

  2. In a chilled bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and sesame oil.

  3. Add cucumber and mix well until evenly combined.

  4. Serve immediately over fresh salad vegetables.
