Steamed Chicken Tenderloin (Quick & Juicy)

This simple recipe shows you how to make perfectly steamed chicken tenderloin in under 10 minutes. Steaming locks in moisture, making it ideal for salads, stir‑fries, or healthy meal prep.

 

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenderloins (approx. 500g for 4 servings)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: fresh herbs or dipping sauce


Method

  1. Preheat the steamer to ensure even cooking.

  2. Place chicken tenderloins in the steamer basket.

  3. Steam for 6–7 minutes until cooked through but still tender.

  4. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes to retain juices.

  5. Slice and serve warm, or chill for salads and wraps.
