Ingredients

1.2kg chicken drumsticks

4 tbsp Sayaka’s Kitchen Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

10g crushed garlic

10g grated ginger

White pepper, to taste

2 tsp sesame oil
Method

In a large bowl, mix chicken drumsticks with teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, white pepper, and 1 tsp sesame oil.

Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight for best flavour).

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Place drumsticks on a baking tray. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tsp sesame oil.
