Miso & Lime Sauce

Miso & Lime Sauce (Serves 4)

A bright, citrusy sauce with a savoury kick from Sayaka’s Kitchen Miso Sauce. Perfect with sashimi, beef tataki, salads, silken tofu, steamed chicken tenderloin, prawns, or scallops.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sayaka’s Kitchen Miso Sauce

  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice + zest

  • 1 tsp fresh red chilli, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 2 tsp fresh coriander, finely chopped


Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a clean jar.

  2. Shake well until fully combined.

  3. Chill before serving for best flavour.


Serving Suggestions

  • Drizzle over sashimi or beef tataki.

  • Use as a dressing for salads or silken tofu.

  • Spoon over steamed chicken tenderloin (thinly sliced).

  • Pair with prawns or scallops for a fresh seafood finish.
