Miso & Lime Sauce
This citrus sauce is beautiful with Sashimi, Beef Tataki, on salad, fresh silken tofu, steamed chicken tenderloin (thinly sliced after steamed), prawns & Scallops!
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Sayaka's Kitchen Miso Sauce
2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice & Zest
1tsp Fresh Red Chilli (finely chopped)
1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
2 tsp Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a clean jar and shake well.
This sauce can be kept in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
