Miso & Lime Sauce
Miso & Lime Sauce (Serves 4)
A bright, citrusy sauce with a savoury kick from Sayaka’s Kitchen Miso Sauce. Perfect with sashimi, beef tataki, salads, silken tofu, steamed chicken tenderloin, prawns, or scallops.
Ingredients

2 tbsp Sayaka’s Kitchen Miso Sauce

2 tbsp fresh lime juice + zest

1 tsp fresh red chilli, finely chopped

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

2 tsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
Method

Place all ingredients into a clean jar.

Shake well until fully combined.

Chill before serving for best flavour.
