How to Use Sayaka’s Kitchen Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce

Perfect for pan‑frying red meat, chicken, or seafood. Quick, simple, and full of flavour.


Ingredients

  • Any good cooking oil (e.g. canola, olive, or sesame)

  • Protein of choice: red meat, chicken, or seafood

  • 1 tbsp Sayaka’s Kitchen Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce (per 2 chicken thighs or equivalent portion)


Method

  1. Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat.

  2. Pan fry your chosen protein until cooked to your liking.

  3. Add 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce per 2 chicken thighs (or equivalent).

  4. Allow the sauce to bubble, then turn off the heat.

  5. Coat the protein evenly with the sauce.

  6. Rest for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve over steamed rice.

Serving Suggestions

  • Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.

  • Pair with a side of steamed vegetables or salad.

  • Use as a topping for rice bowls or sushi platters.
